The Service includes building and launching an optimized website and reactivating previously captured leads. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the agreement or invoice provided to you at the time of purchase.
3. Payment & Fees
Fees for the Service are due as agreed in your invoice or proposal unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are typically non-refundable once work has begun. Any refunds or credits are issued at the sole discretion of RevBandit.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts or assets needed to complete the work, and responsive feedback when requested. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website and assets delivered to you. RevBandit retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
RevBandit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, leads, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party tools and platforms. RevBandit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those third-party services.
8. Termination
RevBandit may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, limitation of liability, and these Terms themselves) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
